Sean and his team did a great job replacing a roof; 6" gutters on 2 houses, a garage & a shed; and doing masonry foundation repairs/painting as well as a few miscellaneous repairs. The work was top notch, and everything is now protected and ready for the cold weather. Sean stayed in constant contact with me throughout the various projects. Exterior Improvements took the initiative to find that my roof had been damaged by a hailstorm. Under their guidance, I submitted a claim to my insurance company. When the insurance company approved a repair on only part of the roof, Exterior Improvements submitted a supplemental claim and, eventually, the insurance company approved the replacement of my whole roof and all my rain gutters.
